Why take Mium Lab blood circulation gummies?

What are the symptoms of poor circulation?

The symptoms of poor circulation are often easy to spot. They include muscle cramps, pain and numbness in the arms and legs and sometimes varicose veins. Frequent cramps or swelling in the lower limbs when walking are also recurrent symptoms. Also, when the blood does not circulate properly, the temperature of the extremities may have difficulty regulating. As a result, the skin may turn blue or purplish due to a lack of oxygen in the tissues.

How to improve blood circulation with plants?

Vasoconstrictor plants can help relieve circulatory discomfort. These plants act by preventing the stagnation of blood in the veins. Thus, red vine (thanks to its concentration of flavonoids and anthocyanins) tones up the veins and small blood vessels and acts on possible oedemas; horse chestnut also has a protective and stimulating effect on the blood vessels. Other less specific plants (and therefore with a more global action) such as blackcurrant also promote circulatory comfort. Diuretic plants such as cherry tails, meadowsweet or dandelion can also reduce the sensation of heavy legs by eliminating excess water, thus limiting water retention and the formation of oedemas.
