Mium Lab is a French laboratory specializing in the production of vitamins and dietary supplements.

What makes us unique? No capsules, no tablets, just dietary supplements in the form of delicious fruity gummies, known as gummies. Our formulas are 100% plant-based and low in calories, combining health benefits with great taste. It's a fun and tasty new way to take care of yourself!

The daily dosage is 2 gummies per day, taken either simultaneously or separately according to your preference.

Specific recommendations:

• Energy: Preferably in the morning before starting your day or as a boost after lunch when you feel a bit tired.
• Sun, Digestion, Slimming, and Vegan: During a meal (any meal of your choice) or about an hour away from mealtime.
• Sleep: Take both gummies simultaneously 30 to 40 minutes before bedtime.
• All other courses - Beauty, Stress, Immunity, Children, Menopause, Hyaluronic Acid, Hair & Nails, Menstrual Comfort, Memory & Concentration, Circulation, Vitamin D - can be taken at any time of the day, whenever it suits you best.

Good news! All our treatments are specifically formulated to be combined with each other. Just make sure to stick to the dosage of 2 gummies per day per course.

Additionally, we recommend not undertaking more than 4 different treatments at the same time to avoid overloading your body.

Most of our courses are designed to be effective within 21 days, which is equivalent to one jar. The Sun, Slimming, Beauty, Hair & Nails, and Hyaluronic Acid courses should be continued for 3 months to achieve optimal results.

The Menstrual Comfort course should ideally be repeated for 1 to 3 consecutive cycles with a one-week break between two courses.

Finally, we recommend following the Vitamin D course throughout the autumn and/or winter months when reduced sunlight exposure does not meet our vitamin D needs.

Most of our treatments are sugar-free. Sugar is replaced by maltitol, a sweetener derived from cereal starch. Maltitol is commonly found in sugar-free chewing gum, as well as in reduced-calorie biscuits, desserts, chocolates, and several medications, such as baby paracetamol.

Maltitol has half the calories of sugar and has a negligible impact on blood sugar levels, making it suitable for diabetics and not contributing to tooth decay. It is an excellent substitute for sucrose due to its taste and nutritional qualities, which is why it is used in our gummies.

For the original range, two gummies (the daily dosage) contain 2g of sugar, equivalent to a quarter of an apple.

No, our gummies are 100% plant-based. We do not use animal gelatin; instead, we use fruit pectin (apple and lemon).

No, our gummies contain only natural flavours and colours derived from fruits and plants.

Mium Lab gummies have a shelf life of 2 years. For optimal preservation, we recommend storing them at room temperature, in a dry place, and away from light.

No. Our Beauty and Hair & Nails gummies contain well-known active ingredients such as Vitamin B8 (biotin), Vitamin B5, hyaluronic acid, and zinc. They are specifically designed to improve the quality of hair, nails, and skin. Hair growth and distribution are primarily related to hormonal stimuli, and our gummies do not contain any hormones.

Yes, our gummies are 100% made in France: quality assured!

Our laboratory is certified ISO 9001, 22000, and 22716, ensuring optimal quality that meets your high standards and needs. These ISO certifications represent a commitment to continuous improvement and constant innovation.

Our formulas are declared to the DGCCRF (the French Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs, and Fraud Prevention) in accordance with directive 2006-352. All our productions undergo testing by a microbiological analysis laboratory accredited by COFRAC (the French Accreditation Committee) before being released to the market.

In France, dietary supplements are subject to all general food law provisions as well as specific rules defined by Directive 2002/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 June 2002 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to food supplements. This directive has been transposed into French law by Decree No. 2006-352.

Absolutely! Our jars are made of 100% recyclable PET and our lids are made of 100% recyclable aluminium. Please remember to dispose of the jars in the recycling bin once finished. You can also get creative and reuse them!

💤 Sleep: Not recommended for children and adolescents, people with inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, pregnant and breastfeeding women. People with epilepsy, asthma, mood, behavior or personality disorders, or those on medication should consult their doctor.

⚡️ Energy: Not recommended for individuals on antidiabetic treatment.

💁‍♀️ Beauty: Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as menopausal women.

🍏 Slimming: Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people on anticoagulant treatment.

☀️ Sun: Not recommended for smokers.

♨️ Menopause: Not recommended for people with liver issues and women with personal or family history of breast cancer.

🩸 Menstrual Comfort: Not recommended for women with personal or family history of breast cancer.

☀️ Vitamin D: Not suitable for children under 4 years old.

We have developed the Children's treatment, which is specially designed and dosed to meet the nutritional needs of growing children by providing them with essential vitamins and trace elements.

Our Vitamin D treatment is also particularly suitable for children, who often experience deficiencies, especially at the end of winter and the beginning of spring. The dosage for children aged 4 and above is a maximum of 1 gummy per day.

Most of our other treatments can be consumed from the age of 12. Only the following treatments are strictly for adults:
