Essentials Vegan Gummies
The "Essential Vegan" gummies provide Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Iodine and Selenium, essential nutrients enabling vegans and vegetarians to supplement their daily intake to prevent dietary deficiencies.
Why take Mium Lab vegan gummies?
Food without animal products can be beneficial for both health and the environment! But beware, when removing certain products from our diet, we must be careful to respect the balance by compensating for them.
For example, vegetarians, when removing meat and fish from their diet, must ensure that they consume an adequate amount of protein. But don't forget about micronutrient deficiencies! This of course also applies to vegans.

But Vitamin D is also recommended as a supplement since very few products of plant origin contain it and many people, even without a specific diet, are lacking it!
