Black caraway is a plant known for its tonic properties which help to limit stomach cramps and promote good bowel movements.

DESCRIPTION:

Caraway is a herbaceous plant whose leaves and especially seeds are used for its various benefits, especially digestive. Essentially, it is an antispasmodic to reduce abdominal cramps and a carminative to limit bloating, aerophagia or intestinal gas. Another of its properties is to promote salivary, gastric and biliary secretions allowing for better digestion and good intestinal flow.

It also has a role as a diuretic to avoid water retention. For women who have given birth, caraway is useful because it is galactogenic, i.e. it activates milk production.
